Some Key Features of the RYDAN System

  • Runs Both PrePaid and Charge (PostPaid) Accounts
  • No ongoing Fees or Commissions. Money collected is collected by you.
  • The system is fully stand alone. Always on Internet Communications are not required for operation.
  • PrePaid values are stored and decremented on the TouchTag.
  • The Rydan system shows the customer their usage on a LCD display in real time.
  • The Rydan system shows the value used for Charge tags in real time / remaining for PrePaid tags in real time.
  • Inserting the Touch Tag turns on the system, remove the Tag to turn off the system.
  • The Rydan System will store over 3 billion transactions.

The Rydan Touch Tag is water proof to 30 meters, manufactured using poly-carbonate and stainless steel and is almost indestructible.

System Communications are via the M2M Mobile Network, can be used with any network, including Corporate Telstra Network

Dispense values and charges are fully configurable and are set remotely. Access Control, Price and Remote TopUps are also set remotely and then synchronized automatically during regular communications intervals.

Accounts may be Charge (post paid) or Prepaid. The Rydan PrePaid Touch Tag holds the remaining value at all times. This stops users from defrauding the system during updates.

All Rydan Touch Tags and systems are fully encrypted with Customer seed sets and cannot be used on any system without that seed set. All systems can be priced at different values and costs. Customers may have multiple systems within their own system.

More Information on the Rydan Office System

The Rydan System stores all transactions, system information and settings within SQL Databases.

The Front Office Encoder system is where all interfaces reside. This system issues tags, records customer details, tops up PrePaid Tags, displays customer details and transaction history. This system runs on any WIN32 system (Svr, 10, 11 etc).

The DataTransfer System is the gateway from the office to the field, it handles all communications between the electronics in the field and the database.
